I had an in-home consultation with Jason Williamson to look at the possibility of installing an awning to block the afternoon sun. Jason explained the whole process very well. He took measurements, showed me fabric samples and gave me a quote based on the choices we discussed. The whole process was informative and there was no high pressure to order immediately. This is the kind of sales presentation I appreciate. I highly recommend Jason if you want to explore the possibilities in your home.
Most of these reviews that are 4 or 5 stars are long time ago. My initial experience was acceptable with Gary. Got the quote paid and installed. I installed motorized blinds and paid hefty amount. 2 yrs later one of the blinds frayed due to sunlight. Gary gave me estimate of about 1/3 the price of my whole house blinds. Ridiculous. Next thing u know they use automate app for power blinds and it's a piece of junk. App was glitch. Not fully compatible with Alexa in just 6 months as their app never updated. Exceptional Service - Above and Beyond! I recently had blackout blinds installed for my baby's nursery and 2 other bedrooms, and I cannot say enough good things about this company's service. What started as a standard installation turned into an incredible display of customer care and problem-solving. I had been wanting shutters for a long time, Khalid came to my home and he was the most professional young man. Very knowledgeable in all of their products. We even face timed my daughter in NY and he took the time to show her all the options. My shutters and roman shades were installed and they are beautiful! I've gotten so many compliments. When I'm ready for more window treatments, I'm for sure going with them again. Great company, people, and product!
