We ordered shutters for our living room window from Sun Blinds/Costco. It was about 3 weeks from order to installation. Alvin was our installer. He did a great job. Very polite, quick, and solid work. This was much easier than I expected.
Our installers were prompt and courteous. The lead tech surveyed the work area and verified the work to be completed. Upon verification, he provided an estimated duration for the effort. Once the work was done, he walked us through the operation of our solar shades. Installers completed the work in the time estimated and cleaned up the work area before we came out for the operating walk through. Alvin went above and beyond installing my blinds. He was a master in adjusting them to open and close perfectly. He took his time, was neat, and took his shoes off when entering my house. A complete professional.
