Kind of surprised by all the 5 star reviews Sun Bear Realty has received. We just finished a home rental with them and were not overly impressed. The refrigerator and dryer in the home did not work. A temporary refrigerator was provided in the garage but that was a nuisance having to walk up and down the stairs to the garage to use the fridge. Wonderful service! We rented a house for the week. The house was beautiful and the realty company was very easy to work with!
Incredible experience from booking, staying, and checkout.
We have enjoyed the property as well as the property management has been so easy to work with and so responsive to any questions we have had! I highly recommend! We will definitely be booking with them again!
We have had the great pleasure of doing business with Meredith Mall of Sun Bear Realty for 20 years. We would like to thank not only Meredith for her patience, expertise, and incredible diligence. It is quite apparent that she was born with customer service skills in her DNA. We should like also to thank the person who was smart enough to hire her in the first place. — Haywood and Myra Merricks
