Before moving into one of Kor's apartments in Madeira Beach, I had heard more than 5 people's experience that Kor will NEVER give back a security deposit. He has his maintenance man, who is more like the property manager, collect the deposit and give misleading information such as a furnished apartment, then Kor does the dirty work of breaking the bad news.
