It was a pleasant. My spouse shared the experience was not stressful from her point of view. Manager Travis expressed sincerity and concern about my spouses’ feelings with the vehicle. They are very professional and A-1 in my book!
Overall customer service was great but $200 an hour for labor is crazy . I only expect those prices from diesel mechanics
