If you are a veteran do not take your vehicle to Sun Auto. The manage Thomas Meyer gave me a quote of $250 then when I picked up my SUV he said $2,500. He did not email or text me an invoice. I had just paid off my vehicle. If he would had said $2000 I would have got a new car.
Went to get a vehicle alignment was not provided any information on how my car was before and after, no printout nothing. They couldn't even get the service tech to come and talk to me about it. Had to go to a different shop and it slipped out that the car wasn't even entered into the computer system
I went to this place in a weeks time with two different cars. 1st was my F150. The work was terrible. But when I got in my truck there was grease all over my carpet. I have a light beige carpet. Almost white. I can’t believe they never covered my carpet. Luckily I had most of the carpet covered with a car mat or it all would’ve looked the edge. Anyways I had to get it cleaned. They said they would clean it, but not for 3 days. Not til Tuesday. They wanted me to wait for me to let them clean the carpet they messed up. So I go... read more
Benny at the front desk was super helpful and nice. The mechanics were very thorough with their inspection. Will go back next time I have a problem.
