Derek and Keeley were absolutely outstanding It was a rainy, completely wash out kind of day and it turned out to be a total adventure. Thought it would be canceled, nope...got some extra Aloha, a pep talk, and off we went. Very knowledgeable guides and we certainly learned a lot. It was my and my service dogs first time kayaking and we will absolutely be back to Sun and Salt.
My friend and I did the 5-hour guided kayak tour (tandem kayak) to Moku Nui island. It was on a weekday and everyone else was in the 2.5-hour tour. So, we got a private tour! Derek was our tour guide. He was very nice and helpful. We got lucky with the nice weather and calm water that day. Besides kayaking to and from the island, we got to plunge into Queen's Bath, do cliff jumping at Shark’s Cove, and snorkel for a bit by We really enjoyed our tour.

I would 100% do this again! The tide and wind was against us, but Derek led us safely to the island and back. Couldn't have asked for a better guide and kayaking experience!
Had an amazing tour with Derek! He was very knowledgeable about the area and about kayaking. He was super helpful from beginning to end. The views from the island were amazing. We even saw 2 stingray’s. Would definitely recommend .
