Miguel was so professional. Love my bike.
Tried another bike shop in Williamsburg who said it will take 2-3 weeks for a full service… then I found Sun and Air. They turned around my triathlon bike in just 2 days!! The team here went above and beyond to get this done for me, were super communicative during the process about what was needed, the new parts and prices (which were very competitive). The bike feels so much better and will make the world of difference for my Ironman. Thanks team Sun and Air - I’ll be back!!

My Surly Midnight Special got hit by a car while locked up on the street for a minute. Front wheel was completely unusable but steel fork looked straight still. Brought the fork in to see if it was still usable and staff quickly used alignment tool and said it was too bent. They were then extremely pushy about selling me a Soma fork, and got an attitude when I said I’d rather order a color matched (black) fork from Surly that would cost me less. Super rude front guy with the septum ring. Did not greet us, treated us like we couldn’t afford a bike. After we asked a few questions, still did not help us. Only one word answers. Would recommend going at a time when he’s not there
