I'm going to just post my email that was never replied to that I sent to the email on their site two weeks ago that was never replied to or acknowledged. One of My Favorite Bike Shop. While most bike shops in NYC have great vibes, this place also has awesome items I have not seen before—more local brands. Great service! Reasonable prices.
Closest shop to me. I got my rear derailed adjusted for $19 felt super reasonable. Quick turn around every time I've gone. Go to for bits and bobs: lost knog lights, lube, gel.
This shop is great! Staff was amazingly helpful and very sweet. I brought my e bike in that was having some issues and while the fix was something they didn’t have the parts for at the time they gave me great advice. Mechanic on staff seemed like he knew his stuff and he pointed out some things other shops had missed. Will absolutely be back here in the future 10/10 experience at this shop would certainly recommend checking it out if you haven’t yet.
