This was a few years ago so things might have changed, but I’m on a Google review kick and wanted to get it down. I came in and an employee immediately, aggressively pushed me to do a $500+ overhaul (more than I paid for the bike). I told them this and they cited COVID, supply chain, yada yada - no options, just that. These folks are great. They’re quick, exceptionally honest and do great work and at any even better value. No longer in neighborhood but still my go to spot whenever I need a bike fix. Highly recommend this is an archetype of what small business should be and always happy to support

This place is more than a bike shop, it’s a center for community! Brian and Carlos are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. They are patient with answering each question and problem solve. They direct you to the right solution instead of buying things you don’t need. Best bike shop in nyc!
