Bad experience. Sun American Builders abandoned the project. I wished I did not ask them to do renovation on my home. After calling them a person came and sweet talked us on how great our home will be after they work on it. I made a downpayment of $1000. After that, they completely disappeared and never contacted me. This company is well off and does not need any new work. It takes more than a month to respond to your calls. They pick up the phone from third living room with the tv on and hang up on you claiming you talked to someone else in the so called company. I gave up and them not to call back, but they keep calling back from speakerphone that you are a customer and we need to talk. Really? Avoid them at all cost. Umlnworthy of any work. Awful is the word. They are rated "D" at BBB. It figures...
I'm in love with my new shower! Thank you Dean from Sun American Builders for completing everything exactly like I wanted and finishing it even sooner then planned. Will defiantly hire again when it's a time to remodel the kitchen
Do Not Hire this company. They tore up my house took our money and never came back. It is a living nightmare. Dean Stup I want my money back or finish the work. We have have had to live for months without the basics.
