Very professional and easy to work with. I was able to make an appointment for an assessment very quickly which was very important to me as I have a baby who was coughing a lot at night. Fred was very informative and gave me a few different options to consider. We discussed them, I made a decision, and booked them to come the following week to clean the duct work. They came yesterday - it feels and smells great in the house.
