I recommend that SECO be brought up to date with customers being able to take advantage with the use of OFF PEAK power usage......Apparently the company has fallen behind the times....Many other electric companys offer their customers the advantage of saving their hard earned money by taking advantage of the OFF PEAK usage......Yes, Yes, I'll bet someone from SECO will make a statement about there rates being lower then the others.........BUT, are they ? ? ?
Sumter Electric is wonderful. 3 1/2 days and we got power here. I love all of you and thank you. Everyone has been so wonderful and considerate.
Very happy with SECO, especially, today. My electricity came on this morning. It was day 6 without electric or water after hurricane Irma and so glad it wasn't longer. Your progress in cleaning up a major mess is appreciated. Thank you SECO and all the workers from other areas that came to help.
Just got our power on last night (Thursday). Thank you to the Tree Guys whoever you were and thank you, SECO! Twelve years ago our power was off for seven (7) days, so this only 3 days was a BIG PLUS!!!!! Keep up the good work. Stay Safe!!!!!!
