On Sept.24,2019 SECO sent two tech's to my home to check my meter which I didn't request, probably because they saw a drop in electric usage. The reason for that is that their are less people living in the home because my daughter got married and not longer living at my home, and my son has gone off to college back in August and not longer living at home. on Sept.25 , I shut off my main breaker outside of the home because no one was going to be there. Ok I know we just went through a storm. SECO said they were ready for a cat3 and we didn't even get a cat1. Three days no power for three days and not one crew seen yet. They need to be held accountable! Plus you can't get ahold of any of them. We had absolutely no damage in Irma and still no power after 3 days.
