The people here are always either rude or just incompetent. Was told I couldn't get a duplicate sticker for my tag. I was told since it had been mailed I had to wait 20 days for a duplicate. I explained that my tag was already expired and my apartment complex was threatening to have my car towed. I even offered to PAY and was told no. Out of desperation, I drove over to the Wildwood location where I was IMMEDIATELY helped, I had to pay, but I got my sticker. Jacqueline at the front desk is rude, and incompetent. She should not work in a field that requires her to interact with people as she does not seem to have the capacity to handle it. I walked in after receiving a call the day before that my title had arrived and that I could come get my Florida plates. I went to the tax collector to get my outstate license receptionist and the lady who took care of me was awesome and went out of her way to get me in thank you
