The customer service person at the front was on facetime while handling my questions. Super professional (sarcasm). I would go to a different office. DEI hire at work.

The people here are always either rude or just incompetent. Was told I couldn't get a duplicate sticker for my tag. I was told since it had been mailed I had to wait 20 days for a duplicate. I explained that my tag was already expired and my apartment complex was threatening to have my car towed. I even offered to PAY and was told no. Out of desperation, I drove over to the Wildwood location where I was IMMEDIATELY helped, I had to pay, but I got my sticker. Jacqueline at the front desk is rude, and incompetent. She should not work in a field that requires her to interact with people as she does not seem to have the capacity to handle it. I walked in after receiving a call the day before that my title had arrived and that I could come get my Florida plates.
