All the negative comments on here are true this place is a living hell do not send your loved ones here! The place is filthy. I saw so much physical and mental abuse it made me sick to my stomach. I stayed in the lobby the first 10 hours they just make you sit there and it's freezing cold in this place they kept saying shift change I think I went through three shift changes and finally they let you go upstairs which is an absolute nightmare I thank God I made it out of there alive this place should be closed down and at the ... read more

I am still traumatized by the way I was treated there. When I say treated I mean mentally and physically and not treated for any help. It is so inhumane and I'm caring. I got whacked in the back of the head fell to the floor and then kicked. The staff is more like trying to degrade you then help you. You sleep on the floor with no pillows because you're locked out of your room all day up until it's bedtime and with nothing to do except for one coloring sheet and with shared crayons. It is inconceivable Life Stream is still open. They killed my son. Were caught by a detective altering his medical chart. Did not follow any protocol for a suicidal patient. Do not expect help or safety at Life Stream.

The most unhealthy, unprofessional, unclean and is an insurance scam. Staff turn their badges around to hide their info, poop on the walls, human rights violations. They just want your money, they don't care. Don't send someone you love here. After a law suit they have to allow service dogs but I wouldn't even subject my dog to the horrible conditions there. They totally ignore any physical injuries that need actual medical attention leaving patients in extreme pain out of sheer apathy. They will immediately take you off of ... read more

I applaud all who made comments about life stream. My daughter was there once before and her husband had her put in there again. Waterman sent her. The last time she was freezing, hair a mess, not bathed . When we were allowed to see her she was so cold. They wouldn't let me put my sweater on her for (security). But did they offer to get her a nice warm blanket? Heck no! I had to call them up to yell at them for allowing drunks and drug addicts to walk in her room and stare at her. She was so scared. The law states that you can not record people in a place that you would expect privacy, but they do record their bath room's with see thru curtains.How can they go above the law ? Because I sure couldn't find any exceptions in the law book. So how can they be above the law ?? I wouldn't even rate them at a one, but that's the lowest you'll let me go. How about a -5 ( minus 5 ?)

Terrible place !! I was going thru opiate medical dependency. From a bad car accident in 2013. I had 2 failed back surgeries. I have titanium plate, nuts, bolts, rod pins and I had hip grafting... I wake up at night screaming in pain, in my hips. My legs, hands, feet and arms hurt. I'm only 100 lbs.. I was given nothing for pain or withdrawals.
