The folks here seemed very nice. My truck is not NOW, nor after they replaced the internal timing chains I purchased at NAPA running correctly!!! Work was done back in October 2024. I have spent thousands trying to get it repaired and driveable. I wish I never went to this place! Mr. Gates stated he would not guarantee his company's work if I did not allow Sumter Automotive to purchase the parts.I took it back and was told, "Oh we forgot to connect a wire." Be aware folks! Very thankful for the shop. I was on my way to drive to South Carolina and my car was driving kind of funny. They were able to take a look at my car very fast and made sure that my car was safe to drive the rest of my trip! Very kind folks !
