The experience working with sumrick was great. customer support throughout the whole process has been a smooth transition from start to finish. The whole team of people I worked with had the upmost respect to getting my bathroom finished in a timely manner. I want to give an extra shoutout to Kristin who took all my phone calls and really helped me out when the help was needed the most. Overall I would recommend sumrick builders to anyone who is in need of a fresh new bathroom, this is the team you need!
We are thrilled with the work done by Sumrick Builders, first in February 2025 when they redesigned our primary bedroom with walk-in closet, gutted and rebuilt our bathroom and also refurbished our hardwood floors. The project wrapped up in less than 6 weeks. A few months later, so happy with the first job, we had them back to redo another bathroom (from gut to finish.) We could not be happier with the job Patrick, Kevin and the crew of Sumrick Builders did with our home. From the onset, Patrick (sales) was warm, friendly and extremely honest about the cost of our project. Kevin (project manager) was responsive, knowledgeable and guided us through our major home renovation (extension, kitchen remodel) and kept the project on the timeline. We could not recommend Sumrick Builders enough to anyone considering a home renovation project.
Sumrick was chosen by the insurance company for water damage in our kitchen, which resulted in a full kitchen remodel. 30% of the cost was paid by my family. There were hiccups and delays along the way which I was willing to stay silent about but the last straw was the final day of installation. Approximately 1 hour after the work crew left, the kitchen sink would not drain. All we did was wash plates that had dust on it from the renovation.
