I Spoke to the person of this establishment who informed me that I needed to do a consultation if I wanted loc extensions. Upon reviewing the website and noted that the loc extensions consultation was $100 for 35 minutes , I assume this would entail a detail look of my hair, provide me with an idea of the process and a breakdown of the cost and what would be the necessary next steps. I booked an appointment for sisterlocks/microlocks consultation and this lady must’ve not even been in because the gate is closed. If you have no intention of servicing people do not steal from them
If I could put 0 stars I would. I called to get a consultation and the lady on the phone was rude and dismissive! Don’t come to this salon!
I would recommend this place to anyone. I had one of the best experience ever the ladies in there are marvelous the owner is outstanding and the place itself is like being in a spa. I just can't wait to see them tomorrow cuz this will be my second retie and I look forward to seeing the ladies even little Adam God bless them and keep them safe always..
Got Sister Loss installed by Wariesi and her staff and it was a wonderful experience. They are all super nice and attentive to your needs. Felt like I was hanging out with old friends.
