they called to say running late. we like that. they did the install had to go back to their store to upload to inverters. that is a work in progress. Monday's follow-up will resolve this concern.
I had an extremely negative experience with Sumpter Solar, similar to the other bad reviews that are posted. The initial solar design was rejected by DTE interchange back in August 2020. Matt Kadwell claimed he would resolve it. Months later nothing was done by Matt. To keep this post short there was back and forth fighting with Matt and finally we could come up with something DTE would approve. They worked very hard to get my system up and running. I appreciate their hard work and patience. Would highly recommend them!!!
Excellent service and communication. We had an existing rooftop solar array and added 15kWh of battery capacity in late 2024, and every person I worked with from Sumpter was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and really knew their stuff! Highly recommend.
