I ordered 4 rolls and a tap water. At every other restaurant I’ve been to, the tap water is free, but not there. The lady at the counter didn’t mention that to me, I asked for a refund. She barely spoke English. She gave me refund but didn’t give me taxes that I paid on it. I explained to her that I paid taxes on it, and she didn’t understand.
