We were on a cross country trip and all the sudden my battery died, and my headlights stopped working. After replacing the battery, the headlights still won't working. I called them on a Saturday morning, and they said to bring it right in and they take a look at it. Turned out in jumping my car, I had shorted out the bulbs. They had two of the right bulbs and installed them. Very reasonable, and extremely great people!
We were traveling back to Michigan and had spent the night at a hotel in Rapid City and the next morning my truck would not start. While we were waiting for a jump start, my wife was looking for a repair shop for a battery install. We called Sumners and they said they could look at it that morning. They found the battery was bad and also my water pump was leaking. They replaced the battery and water pump along with and oil change and we were back on the road in under 4 hours. Out for vacation from MI, we had a trailer / rear suspension problem after a small accident on I-90. They (Austin) got us in, and gave us options to correct rear suspension. In and out the tech was awesome, great communication and even better listening skills and interaction especially with being out of town / state. Great Customer Service good prices.
