Well have had nothing but poor service and bad luck with these people. Bought my fifth wheel last October. It has had problems since the day they delivered it. I battled with the Poulsbo location where I bought it because of many issues to include no heat, flooding from pipes that were not connected and the smell of propane inside. I had to pay $250 to have it taken to Sumner because "the issue I am having is way above the mechanics abilities in Poulsbo". I made them a video outlining each issue. We purchased a Outdoors Travel Trailer. Every person at Sumner RV Center was very professional, caring and excellent! Everyone went out of their way to be helpful, to be sure all our needs were met. We are very impressed. We will buy here again next time.

We are on our 2 trailer we looked around at others places but did not get the customer service we do with Sumner RV... Sean is awesome and takes care if us every time. We did have a couple of issues with service department but after Justin explained what they have to go through on their end it makes sense....need patience with warranty work.
