Would not go to this hospital simply because the horror of their billing department and having to deal with it months later. I can not get their billing in order. I have been trying to pay completely off an account since January from my husband’s stroke last July. First Cornerstone Solutions then moved accounts to Sumner Radiology billing and it’s an absolute joke. Managers do not call you back, employees are quick to transfer and do not want to help. Despite clear instructions being provided, food service made multiple errors on meal selections. I was told that condiments would be provided with each meal but they were NOT provided. Nurses were great and housekeeping was great. Was very disappointed that my doctors did not not answer questions about the results of my procedure; I got the impression that they were bothered by my questions.
