Despite clear instructions being provided, food service made multiple errors on meal selections. I was told that condiments would be provided with each meal but they were NOT provided. Nurses were great and housekeeping was great. Was very disappointed that my doctors did not not answer questions about the results of my procedure; I got the impression that they were bothered by my questions.
