My partner and I moved in here back in August of this year! We love our experience thus far. The office staff were super helpful from the moment we toured the complex during our apartment hunt, all the way to assisting us with on our move-in date. Maintenance is also very responsive to requests. The complex is super clean and is surrounded by a very nice community.
I’m done with this place regarding crime.. I’ve had several packages stolen from my door, and they are happy to collect your money, but do nothing about crime. They have no cameras catching criminals. They only have cameras on their assets not ours, and don’t care about tenant crime issues including car robberies and package theft.
I moved my mother into Sumner Mill Apartments about a year ago after the passing of my father. During an incredibly difficult time, the office manager showed us genuine kindness and compassion, helping us navigate every step of the move. She took the time to understand my mother’s emotional struggles as she adjusted to living on her own for the first time, even helping us choose a parking spot that would be most convenient for her. Amazing new apartments with great front office staff. As this is a brand new complex, their were some small hiccups getting the lease and other documents figured out, but Natasha was great at keeping me informed with what was going on. They were also quick to resolve the small issue I had with my new apartment.
Rich is consistently reliable and responsive to maintenance requests, arriving promptly and completing repairs efficiently with a friendly demeanor. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is done right. On a personal note, as a newly widower, Rich engages in small talk and maintains fantastic eye contact, providing me with a sense of safety in my apartment.
