The medication department is below the standard of care for patients. The so called “nurses” that return calls are rude, don’t follow through with what they say they will do and act like they don’t care. There is no follow up. They barely return phone calls. I can NEVER get ahold of my provider. I waited on a return call for lab to change medications for 3 WEEKS. Horrible, absolutely horrible.

I'd love to say that Jeanne Brown and Thomas Graber did my brother and I a favor by keeping us from our schizophrenic abusive father, but in fact, the opposite is true. I felt like I was being interrogated at my 2 sessions. I was only going here for Marriage Counseling. I also did question Mental Health as I looked for a Counselor close to Home. My Husband has not joined our Sessions as Amy Wilcox feels he needs to go alone. Well, he has no Insurance. I was told after my intake he could join for counseling together. I’m not playing the money game! My life is hard enough with out more money to be taken away!
