Awful. I recommend going elsewhere, preferably to an establishment that doesn’t force the PCPs to only spend 5 minutes with you during an appointment. They literally strive to spend the least amount of time with you and charge you the most amount of money that they can for profit. Extremely rude reception/appointment staff makes calling to make an appointment such a pain. Never going back and convincing my entire family to switch as well.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have been dealing with constant idiocy for the last 3 weeks just trying to get a diagnosis. The staff has no idea what they are saying at any point. It’s a constant ring a round of trying to get in touch with someone. I will never waste my time here ever again and I hope no one else will have to either.

I love Wendy, the NP I see. She is quick but thorough and very kind. However, the lab techs are the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. I pray to not need to do any lab work with my visit. They take their time, they’re lazy and I’ve been waiting an hour to do a UA. They walked onto the floor well after I signed my name on the sheet. And when I was finally called back, they were incredibly rude (speaking unkind to me and other patients), and unprofessional (as they spoke back and forth about personal topics).
