Sumner homes renovated our main level in 2025. They were amazing to work with from start to finish, providing much needed guidance on styling and design. The quality of the workmanship was superb and we get so many compliments. We are always happy to recommend them, and frequently do! Now, our eyes are on the other areas of the home, at which point we will placing a call knowing that we will be in good hands.

Sumner Homes remodel our bathroom, and we could not be happier. Kevin and Sue were a pleasure to deal with. Their bid was very thorough, and they were timely on the project. Did a great job of keeping us informed. Quality of work was excellent.
Our main floor remodel turned out even better than I imagined it would. Sumner Homes did an amazing job and Sue Torgerson was beyond helpful with helping me make decisions and picking things out. Being new to the remodeling process, we greatly appreciated the expertise and detail that Kevin and Sue provided. They kept the project moving forward in a timely manner, guided us in the design and product purchases and made sure we were pleased with the end result. And we are! Our bathroom looks great.
