If I could give no stars I would. My mom was having chest pain but we couldn’t make it to Hendersonville cause of traffic. Got their and no one was at the ER front desk we had to call someone to get them to come up then they were rude and made us fill out a form while she’s having chest pain. Once she started getting worse again they acted like it was an inconvenience and kept telling her to calm down it was just anxiety. The night staff are nothing but wonderful people who genuinely care for the people who come through the door. Thank you again for caring for my partner and making sure they had a good bill of health.
I get an allergic reaction from a bee sting so I went here needing a steroid shot and a prescription. They did great getting me in and out in no time since they really didn't have to do anything and then they charged me $1100. What a joke!Our healthcare system is an absolute disaster. They rip us off so they can provide free care to others. Disgraceful! Update: before I receive services, the front desk person shared with me the charges and told me since I was already registered.
