This review is for Sumner Station ER in Sumner Co. Two summers ago I brought my daughter in-law in for a fever. She got a female doctor that was pregnant at the time. She did blood work. When part of the blood word came in, she told my daughter in-law she had sepsis and pneumonia. She said she would probably have to go inpatient. Doctors great definitely great putting Iv in but don’t check on u forget if u have to go potty good luck no button. No water. Being there for hrs no water or potty. Then forget to give a test. Had to let them know.
In November 2024, I visited Sumner Station ER and was seen by Dr. Jacob Wilson for severe chest, stomach, and back pain. I also had hypertension and a history of anemia. I brought copies of my recent lab work in an attempt to be helpful, but Dr. Wilson told me I “shouldn’t be allowed” to see my own records because I was “making things up.” He dismissed my symptoms, told me to stop going to doctors, and when I described my back pain, he scoffed and poked me, saying, “Yeah… that’s called your back muscle.” His note stated I wa... read more
If I could give no stars I would. My mom was having chest pain but we couldn’t make it to Hendersonville cause of traffic. Got their and no one was at the ER front desk we had to call someone to get them to come up then they were rude and made us fill out a form while she’s having chest pain. Once she started getting worse again they acted like it was an inconvenience and kept telling her to calm down it was just anxiety.
