Summit Ridge did a custom build for us and they were excellent. Honest, open, organized. Communication was prompt and forthright. Dean, our project manager was excellent. Building a home is a complex and sometimes difficult project. Back office support was great, you always know where you stand in the budget. Their cost estimate was realistic and on target. If you go down this road, you definitely want a partner that you can trust.....these are the guys.

I don't like to give one star reviews, but Summit Ridge more than failed to deliver. I noticed their contract was sparse and had next to nothing in terms of protections for the client, but this being my first build, I assumed it was pretty standard. They were personable and knowledgeable and really seemed to share our vision, so we hired them for the initial process (estimates, build permit, etc). We worked with Summit Ridge on an addition to our 1960s Evergreen Home. The total experience from initial estimating to final completion exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Dan and his team as their attention to detail and responsiveness were always impressive and appreciated.
My wife and I have had Dan and the SummitRidge team do projects for us twice. In both cases they were conscientious, transparent and got the job done. In construction things do not always go as planned. The measure of a good company is how they react in this situation. Dan and his team stand behind their work and will make sure they get it right!!
