I've been working with Summit Ridge custom homes for years. I would honestly say they are an integral part of my real estate business. There are many custom home builders to choose from out there but Dan, Kortney, and their entire team are super reliable, client focused, great communicators, and their work is simply amazing. They have built many homes for our clients from the ground up, and their experiences have been great. Thanks for all that you do for us!

Our family moved into our custom-built home in Evergreen just last month and we couldn’t be happier with it. Summit Ridge did a custom build for us and they were excellent. Honest, open, organized. Communication was prompt and forthright. Dean, our project manager was excellent. Building a home is a complex and sometimes difficult project. Back office support was great, you always know where you stand in the budget. Their cost estimate was realistic and on target. If you go down this road, you definitely want a partner that you can trust.....these are the guys.
