Use to love this bank. But two years ago in 2019 we (thought) we closed our savings account leaving the checking acct inactive due to we had a owing bal. come to find out that our saving was left opened and first stimulus check in 2020 was deposited in April in Sav account and withdrawn the next day. And they can’t tell me who with drew it. Because it been over 30 days. And that it’s my fault for not checking my online banking (that I can’t access). Why would I check on an account that I thought was closed.
