Tried to make an appointment. I am a new patient and told the lady that answered the phone (Alex) I believe I need something on it after 4 pm. She said unfortunately because I am a new patient the latest is 3.45pm. I understand there are rules but I have been working in the medical field for years and I know that accommodations can be made. Not there. These 15 minutes are imperative.
