Awful service they are very unprofessional...This was the worst experience I ever had...Beth is the only nice person there.
Used to be great Practice was sold. We weren't notified of the change. Finally got in after being 6+ months behind to find out we waited all this time for strangers.
Awful experience since Dr. Powers has left along with his whole staff. This place has done a complete turn for the worst. The office manager Katie is absolutely horrific!! I went in today for my yearly cleaning after being rescheduled several times. Was scheduled for an apparent tooth pain problem instead of a cleaning. Had to be rescheduled AGAIN for the middle of June. Then was charged $50 for the day! Mind you there was no service done. Charged $100.00. I wanted to schedule a new appointment since I'm a new patient. I decided to cancel my appointment. I was charged $100 as a no show.
