This review is for both the Chambersburg and Waynesboro offices. The only positive I can say, is that the phone staff have been friendly and understanding. It's unfortunate they couldn't provide the help I needed, but I also realize most of it was out of their hands. I have dealt with lapses in my much needed medication because no one would get back to me or put refills on my anti nausea meds, unless I called several times to remind them, the portal seemed to do nothing when I would request it through there. Here at the Wellspan OB of Waynesboro, I have been misdiagnosed, not regularly scheduled for Prenatal appointments and had test results not relayed to me unless I reached out to the office, as well as tests not even done when they were supposed to be and not finding out until 2 weeks of waiting for the results. The receptionists are extremely rude. And can I ask what the point of a video visit is when you’re pregnant? I am really upset due to insurance reasons I have to come here instead of meritus. I am considered high risk as I’ve had 2 previous miscarriages and no one cares.
I DO NOT recommend this facility if you are experiencing any signs of endometriosis. I was seen multiple times at this facility and another WellSpan location and was not offered any additional testing or services to confirm the extreme endometriosis that was immediately discovered by another medical provider. I was told that nothing was wrong and to come back in a few months for a check up even though I was experiencing severe pain.
