Horrible custom service
No response from Summit if you leave message when installed windows have an issue. Several messages have been left...no response. Don't do business with them!
Should get someone else to answer the phone. I called to ask about a window replacement and I was told we probably dont do that and she didnt ask me any questions about size of window, she simply said probably not and thank you. As a business owner myself this review is intended for you to know your issues. Good luck
Terry was great. He took the time to explain everything to me. He even made great suggestions for the little windows in the bath and The front windows have added Some great character to my home. I have also noticed that it is a lot quieter and the lighting is so much better with my new windows. Thank you Summit Windows!
I called them on error trying to find a window manufacturer. Michelle called me back and was very helpful. She took the time to provided me a phone number for the manufacturer I was looking for. If you get that type of service on a wrong number call then I can imagine the great customer service you would get if you used them. If I was closer I would use them for our Real Estate & Property Management company. Thanks again!!
