What a terrific experience from start to finish. Summit's Joe Westner initially came out at a moment's notice to determine the extent of the problem in our crawlspace! After dealing with 3 other companies it was a pleasure to deal with an individual/company who had the expertise to identify, address and fix the problem in a timely, professional manner. Our first encounter with Summit was several years ago when we had them encapsulate our two crawlspaces, install drain lines, sump pump, and dehumidifiers. That job and some follow-up support has been fantastic. So, when it came time to do some more work in the crawlspace (an extra access hatch thru the floor and addition of one more drain line) they are who we went with.
