I cannot say enough great things about Summit and the quality work they did in our home! We had our attic sprayed with insulation and had our crawlspace encapsulated and could not be more please with the job they did. The team was professional and exceeded expectations in every way. Joe was incredible and kept us informed on the entire process from start to finish. If you need work performed on your home, this is the company to contact. You won’t regret the decision!

Summit just completed waterproofing our basement. Hector worked so hard and diligently. He worked late into the evening the first night to assure the work got done. He came back the next day and finished up any loose ends. He was very reliable. We had a great experience with Summit and would use them again if needed.

The Taming of the Shrew turned into the Taming of the Great Flood. Unbelievable work by Joe Westner and the Summit Environmental team. It all started when we noticed/smelled what looked like a mouse infestation in our crawl spaces. I rang up the Summit team, and Joe came over to check things out. I highly, highly recommend Summit Environmental Solutions! I’m in my mid seventies and was badly taken advantage of by the company I originally hired before finding Summit. The company I originally hired led me to believe I needed to do far more work than necessary. I own a 4100sf commercial building that had spot mold growth in the 3400sf crawlspace, spot mold growth in the basement and after a hard rain, water would penetrate into the basement where the concrete floor and cinder block walls join.
