I don't usually provide reviews, but my experience with Summit prompted me to do so. The estimator was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He provided a solution tailored to my specific need. He was readily available and answered my questions throughout the process. The project involved outdoor drainage solutions and indoor mold remediation and waterproofing. Work: insulate and lay plastic in crawl space (~1' of height) A: work done on time B: office staff responsive B: quality of work - there was an area where insulation was not 100% near entrance to crawl space, but they did get into some real tight areas and installed for as far as I could see C: field rep not real responsive D: I had to remind them to spray for mildew, and they charged more for it D: price, a lot of $$$ for only two days of work and no construction added to house, used off-brand (cheap) insulation Edit: they ... read more

I cannot say enough great things about Summit and the quality work they did in our home! We had our attic sprayed with insulation and had our crawlspace encapsulated and could not be more please with the job they did. The team was professional and exceeded expectations in every way. Joe was incredible and kept us informed on the entire process from start to finish. If you need work performed on your home, this is the company to contact. You won’t regret the decision!

Summit just completed waterproofing our basement. Hector worked so hard and diligently. He worked late into the evening the first night to assure the work got done. He came back the next day and finished up any loose ends. He was very reliable. We had a great experience with Summit and would use them again if needed.
