This company is top rated and work done is excellent. May take a while because of the busy schedule, but worth the wait to get a job done by Summit Their crew of workers are very professional and listen to any request or needs. We had a crawl space encapsulation done. The work crew showed up on time and worked hard all day, they did a great job. Joe with the Fredericksburg office gave us excellent customer service and their price was substantially less than what the first company quoted us. We would highly recommend them.

Summit gave me the most thorough estimate of the five companies I received estimates from for my basement waterproofing work in Leesburg. Summit’s estimate addressed all the problems I had (whereas some estimates simply offered the product/service the company wanted to sell regardless of whether it would work). Summit’s price was very reasonable too. When they did the work, it seemed to be very high quality work. I could not be happier with Joes Westner and his team at Summit.
