Summit gave me the most thorough estimate of the five companies I received estimates from for my basement waterproofing work in Leesburg. Summit’s estimate addressed all the problems I had (whereas some estimates simply offered the product/service the company wanted to sell regardless of whether it would work). Summit’s price was very reasonable too. When they did the work, it seemed to be very high quality work. I could not be happier with Joes Westner and his team at Summit.

Almost One Year Later – Still Impressed! It’s been a year since the team from Summit Environmental Solutions came to my home to add insulation to the attic and encapsulate my crawlspace — and I can confidently say, the investment was 100% worth it! I don't usually provide reviews, but my experience with Summit prompted me to do so. The estimator was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He provided a solution tailored to my specific need. He was readily available and answered my questions throughout the process. The project involved outdoor drainage solutions and indoor mold remediation and waterproofing.
