I’m not one to normally leave reviews on Google but I wanted to thank Dr Allen for her thorough and professional approach to problem-solving with her patient(s). Dr Allen instills confidence in her clinical skills and abilities. She is compassionate, intelligent, and a great communicator. We need more medical practitioners like her!
Terrible experience and do not follow through correctly with billing .
Dr. Katie Allen is one of, if not the most informed, compassionate, and skilled voice clinicians I know. Her practice is unparalleled in its comprehensive voice and swallowing offerings and everyone in Reno is lucky to have a specialty practice like this available!
Highly recommended!!! This place is a perfect blend of kind, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I’m an SLP myself and took one of my family members here for an outpatient study he needed due to some significant voice and swallowing difficulty he had after a recent surgery. I am normally lazy to writing reviews, but I had to take the time to do so as my doctor was very caring, I told her I am hearing impaired so she sat up very close so I could hear her and was patient. She told me whatever we need to do going forward after I see them again for minor camera of just top of throat that they’d make sure I get the help I need. I'm looking forward to their future help. Thank you.
