Lived here for several years until the constant lot rent increases made it unaffordable. The home we were sold was remodeled using cheap materials and shotty work, three years and the floors had fallen through due to the negligence of their maintenance staff and contractors leaving the bottom of the trailer exposed to the elements. At first I thought it was a good looking place then crime started happening.I didn’t even live there for a year until a big shooting happened.It was horrible they destroyed the house 2 years later.Then the rent started going up.Then one day I wanted to get a animal but apparently they changed the rules years ago but there is still people out here who have full grown dogs.Definitely not impressed glad I left and if you “don’t allow animals” take down where it says you do and maybe talk to the people who have animals, and this... read more
