I purchased a condo at summit view five years ago and it has been nothing but trouble. The managment has taken every opportunity to make my life miserable. They charged me over \$3000.00 to repair an awning that my tenant bumped when she moved out after living there for three days. She broke the lease because the other residents were so disrespectful. I have lived here at The Residences At Summit View for almost 6 years now. I love it!!! The staff is super super friendly and willing to help out. The maintenance staff comprised of Tim, and Dave are amazingly nice super sweet men! They are so funny and down to earth and willing to help with anything any time of day or night. Ashley the property manager is a sweetheart. She will bend over backwards to help you with any issues that may arise. You scratch her back she will scratch yours type mentality. I lived in the apartments- GREAT place to live. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The one bedroom apartments are a bit small for what you pay.. but that the only negative thing I can think of!
