RECEPTIONISTS CANT DO THEIR JOB. They don't reply to emails or listen to their voicemail I tried booking serval appointments. They also keep deleting reviews because they don't wanna take accountability!! Terrible place
I reached out on three separate occasions over the course of two months to book an appointment for my children and never received a single call or email back. Completely ignoring multiple booking requests shows a clear lack of organization and accountability at the front desk. If basic communication with new patients can’t be managed, it raises serious concerns about how the practice is run overall. Tried to book an appointment for my kiddos THREE times over the span of two months and never received a single call or email. Reception clearly can’t be bothered to do their job. If this is how they handle new patients, I can’t imagine the rest of the experience.
