I had to take my dog to this ER when he fell down the stairs and broke his claw, and this vet went OVER and BEYOND to care for my little Max. They had multiple people taking of Max and getting us checked in. They then gave us our own waiting room with a cushioned bench, pillow, and snack cart with drinks. During one of the hardest moments our family has ever faced, the team at this veterinary urgent care showed us incredible compassion and professionalism. Summit Veterinary far exceeded my expectations.The atmosphere alone is very calming and inviting. It is a five star experience for sure. The staff is very friendly and customer service is outstanding. Upon being taken back to your room they give you a pheromone bandana for your furbaby to wear. They also gave us a toy to play with during our stay of course plenty of treats. They even sent us home with a cupcake icing and all. If you are looking for a Veterinaian I highly recommend Summit Veterinary
My girlfriend and I took our pup Christina here after being literally at the end of our rope when it came to getting our girl seen. They were able to work with her in a way no other vet has and brought both my girlfriend and I piece of mind. Can't say enough about how happy we both are so far. Shout out to Chrstina and Roseanna as well as Dr. Kirk and Dr. Starke. They've been phenomenal.
