I was initially satisficed with our window installation. I noticed a leak Spring 2022, I reached out to them and they have not to this day 11/3/22 returned to take a look. Understandably we were a small job, but none the less deserve better customer service.
Prompt, professional and friendly service. Additionally, Summit Valley Glass was able to find a solution and make a repair that three other vendors told me was un-repairable saving me over $1K. Not only is the level of service superior, so are their tradesmen and skills. SVG is my new go-to vendor!
