I love my urologist, but this review is for the office. Every time I've called, the receptionists have transferred me to their "triage line" which is a misnomer. There is no triage line. It is an answering machine that no one checks. I have had literal emergencies that required advice from my urologist. Instead of taking any notes or passing any information to the healthcare staff I have been hung up on, or transfered to the answering machine.
