Waited over 2 months only for the appointment to be moved another month out, the week before my appointment. The reason was "family vacation" which is fine. However the complete lack of care by the receptionist was very frustrating.

I love my urologist, but this review is for the office. Every time I've called, the receptionists have transferred me to their "triage line" which is a misnomer. There is no triage line. It is an answering machine that no one checks. I have had literal emergencies that required advice from my urologist. Instead of taking any notes or passing any information to the healthcare staff I have been hung up on, or transfered to the answering machine. In the office I have specifically asked them to call me by my middle name instead ... read more
