I am very disappointed with the lack of support I’ve received regarding my paperwork. I was treated as though I was trying to manipulate the system to avoid work, which is completely untrue. As a postal worker who regularly works 50–60 hours per week with very limited opportunities for bathroom breaks, this accusation is not only offensive but also unjustified. Kim Powers-NP at the Bloomington location has been a great provider. She listened to my concerns and is helping me on a path to better health. I can't recommend her enough. The office ladies have also done a great job coordinating my care with the VA. I am a very satisfied patient with this practice.
This office is terrible at responding, they rarely pick up the phone. You have to call 4 times to get a response. They are also terrible at being professional, they only care about getting people in and out. Their scheduling is all over the place. I canceled my surgery with them due to me being fed up with them. Asked for a full refund of services, instead they refunded me 2/3 of the full amount. On top of that, they said it would be a couple weeks until I get the refund in check form.
They were great before they closed down 20+ years ago!
Absolutely worst care I have ever received. I have recurrent utis. And keep getting prescribed antibiotics and sent home from multiple doctors i have seen over the years. I was finally referred to a specialist after I begged to see one from my doctor. Because antibiotics are now not working when I get 1-2 utis a month. You cant get seen by anyone in this town when its a emergency. They schedule you 6 months out. How is that gonna help me when im in a excruciating amount of pain right now? So Summit had a opening.
