Best customer service! 3 years ago my bottom piece of the climber got runner over with a 4 wheeler causing it to get bent up and welds broke. I went to the deer and turkey expo in Columbus ohio a few months after season and I spoke to a summit rep. He took my name address and number down and he told me he could get me a new bottom section for a discounted price . I LOVE MY SUMMIT VIPER!!!!!! I'm 47 and it is so easy to use light enough to carry and is very comfortable for this old man to stay in all day. Thanks for a great product.

Great tree stands. But what really sets them apart and way above all others is there customer service. You have a issue or a question these folks will do whatever it takes to make there customers happy. 5 stars just doesn't do them justice.
I've had two summit stands they both had bottom section bend the first one bent the cable arm support bar and then the other stand that the platform I guess I'll just stick with my ol man it won't fail me
Just bought a Goliath and used it for the first time this morning. It felt like I am sitting on my couch at home. Simply the Best!!!
