We hired this transportation service for our wedding. One of the buses broke down and arrived to our ceremony over 45 minutes late. As a consequence we had to cut our cocktail hour and a significant amount of our photos. It was highly disruptive to our wedding. They waved the $300 cleaning fee as conciliation.
