Would give less than one star if it were possible. Worst title service and closing. Horrible communication due to complete lack there of. Numerous mathematical errors. No show for scheduled appointment. Forgotten closing document distribution causing multiple delay in closing and rescheduling. Issue with transfer of funds. Do not use this firm unless you want poor and unacceptable service. Truly ridiculous

Summit Title made Numerous many errors on settlement statement, pure incompetence. employees racially discriminate color minority repeated customer, harassing the repeated customer at customer's own vehicle in public outdoor parking lot. Incompetent and racial discrimination infested summit title.
