The staff does a really good job. Organized with how they run things and they try to get everyone in and out fast. Be sure to have a QR CODE reader on your phone [if you’re going to most covid test sites] I noticed… I remember in DEC ‘21/Jan ‘22 they kept it professional !!! because there was a covid surge at the time… ppl probably thought like me- ‘this is a reliable testing site’ it truly is !!! The testing itself was very fast and painless. The staff was very friendly and informative as well
Nice, friendly and helpful staff.
I wouldn’t recommend this place. I got tested 3 days ago and still haven’t gotten my results. And I was told it would be 2 business days. The white girl with the dark hair is very rude. She has a attitude and a smart mouth. She has no costumer service skills. But the other two young ladies were very pleasant. I end up going to the new place on Theodore to get my rapid test done. I got the results in 15 minutes. And I didn’t have to deal with someone being a B-word to me.
