Will charge extra and not show proof of “extra work” done. After 8 years they want to add unknown charges without proof of time cost. Kristin is the preparer who added the extra cost without evidence. Spoke to the owner Mark, completely blown off and told to go elsewhere if we didn’t like. Overpriced, arrogant and unprofessional to say the least. Go elsewhere and stay clear of this place! And the owner blatantly threatened us with plenty of witnesses that overheard. They send you bogus and erroneous invoices that are not true and correct and threatened to sue us all because we are 100% disputing the many errors and price fixing invoices. Stay away from this bogus company! Lastly, don’t trust Kristin either. She blatantly lied to us and falsified information to price fix against us.
Horrible experience! NOT recommended at all.
Summit does a great job with our taxes every year. They are always very professional, punctual and give us great advice.
