The owner, Chuck, promised me one month ago that he would be out in 2-3 weeks to survey my property, quoting me a price on the phone. I gave him a call after not hearing from him for weeks only to have him tell me that he will not be surveying my land at all - not even a delayed time frame. Extremely unprofessional.
