They kept me comfortable, were attentive, and my procedure went flawlessly.
I recently fractured a bone after a fall on ice. I was directed by my surgeon and her staff to have a pre-op physical and to arrive at the Summit Surgery Center at a designated time for surgery. All of this I did at their urgency and when I arrived at the surgery center. I was told I was not on the schedule. How can a patient be so undervalued? Including areas used for pre and post operative care Check in: quick and with polite and friendly staff One Medical Passport: User friendly but keep in mind that this online process will ask lots of medical information; BUT no different from old days of being given a clipboard with sheets requiring the same medical background.
