excellent staff, very efficient and friendly, always available for any questions, in my personal experience Marlon Flores and Ashly helped me with the entire credit procedure for my house, I am very grateful to them. Congratulations on being a good bank.
I just ran across the previous reviews, and last one is so weak, thus I must remark: "I bank at the Petaluma branch and find the staff friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Although I am not a large account holder I see so many other Petalumans, mostly business people who also appreciate the bank and their in-bank experience as I do. Kudos to the team there. Kudos to the team there: Lucy Palayo, Lupe Gonzales, Kimberly Bell and Kathy Moore.
