Cute clubhouse! Hosted my daughters baby shower here.
Highly recommend living here. The complex is well maintained, maintenance quickly fixes any issues, and management has been very helpful with any questions or concerns. Very nice amenities and the staff even throw fun events for the residents! Also in a great location, anything you'd need close by and easy highway access.
I have just renewed my lease for another year at Summit Square. The reason: The office staff and manager Brie, are so nice and pleasant to work with. If you have an issue they jump right on it. The maintenance staff of Eric, Richard and Alex are always pleasant and helpful. They address any issues you have right away also. My only complaint is the same as all apartment dwellers in that rent goes up every year.
All of the office staff and the manager at Summit Square are the kindest staff you could ever hope for. And the maintenance staff is top notch. They fix any little issue immediately. Hallways and elevators are always sparkling clean, as well as the well appointed clubhouse and pool.
Richard and the maintenance crew are awesome!!! .fix any issues on a timely basis and always fixed right the first time .
