I want to express how grateful and thankful I am to the leasing agent, Rachel Tanis, for going above and beyond to tell me about this wonderful apartment community. I am out of state, but had a sister that lives in the area. Rachel scheduled a guided tour of the facility explaining in detail all the amenities this property had to offer. Don't even apply for a apartment with them. They charge $280 to just apply and immediately deny you and are suppose to refund back minus the application fee and will not refund your money. When you call them you are told your refund will take 7-10 days. Its been 30 days and still no refund. The agent Rachel will not return your calls.
This apartment complex is awesome! From all the immenities to the gorgeous apartments plus garages! A rare masterpiece. I believe I am going for it!!
