I wouldn’t move back to these apartments. Although it was good at first, and the office people / maintenance people are nice, our experience living here worsened throughout our stay. 1. There’s no parking and you’ll probably have to park at another building half the time, especially during the summer. 2. In the last month or two of our stay, there seemed to be a decline in the quality of residents moving in. My best friend and I toured Summit Square Apartments, and the office team was great and fun to be around but still very professional. They really made the experience feel personal and made us feel valued from the moment we walked in. The one-bedroom was surprisingly spacious and had a really comfortable, homey feel. We’re not looking anywhere else it just felt right.
The maintenance crew did a splendid job to quickly replace our shattered shower door. Fine work.
I absolutely love this place! My daughter moved into this complex earlier this year and has been living there for about 5-6 mos. so far. We have seen the entire complex and the the amenities they offer as well. While we looked for an apartment, I was a bit floored at the price of an apartment anywhere these days is. However, after we found this gem I can completely say that this place makes it worth it and is comparable to the area. I’ve lived in 4 different apartment complexes in the past 5 years due to moving for my husband’s job and I’ve never had to deal with this much nitpicking after moving out. First they tried to charge me for extra carpet cleaning even though there wasn’t anything wrong with the carpets (they couldn’t even provide pictures of said damage), and then they charged for the replacement of seventeen floor planks.
